Recently, we have found that some players have been applying for refunds after they have gifted heroes and skins to other players. This behavior seriously affects the game balance and has a negative impact on the community. After investigation, we have decided to ban accounts that have maliciously applied for refunds. Hereby, we also wish to warn accounts that are linked to these banned accounts. If you are found to have an improper link with these banned accounts, you may also face a permanent account ban.
Additionally, we advise mutual supervision between players. If you find any malicious refunds, please contact our customer service. If your report is verified, you will receive a reward.
